The contracted engineering firm, RVW, recently began visiting homes and businesses of TCT subscribers. To complete the site survey, an RVW representative will need to enter each home or business to locate a power supply for the optical receiver. If you are gone at the time of RVW's visit, a door hanger will be left with a voicemail contact phone number.
